We keep the process short on purpose. You will meet the people you would actually work with, and you will hear back either way.

Tell us the role, and one thing you would trade, structure, or fix first. Two paragraphs is plenty. We read every one.

A first call with the desk
Thirty minutes with the person who runs the seat. We talk through your background and what the job really asks of you, in both directions.

Work through a live case
We hand you a real enquiry and walk through how you would price it, ship it, and get paid. No trick questions, just the actual job.

Meet the team and agree terms
You meet the people either side of your seat, we answer your questions honestly, and we put an offer in writing. Then it is your call.
