Who we are

A trading house that owns the whole journey.

Petroleum is a business of moving things. Product from where it is refined to where it is burned, and money back the other way, safely. We do both, and we do them together.

Cheka Petroleum Universe is a private petroleum products supplier and trading house based at the Astana International Financial Centre. We buy from refineries and terminals, sell to buyers on every major coast, and run the shipping, storage, inspection, and paperwork in between. One counterparty, from the first enquiry to the discharged cargo.

How a trade runs

A clean procedure, start to finish.

See the full six steps
01

Enquiry and offer

You send an ICPO with the product, volume, delivery basis, and destination. We reply with a workable soft offer, usually within two working days.

02

Contract and terms

We agree price, Incoterm, and delivery window, then sign a sale and purchase agreement. Obligations are firm on both sides from that point.

03

Proof and inspection

We show proof of product, and SGS or an equivalent inspector verifies quality and quantity at the load port before anything moves.

04

Ship and settle

The cargo loads and sails under the agreed term, documents follow the goods, and payment settles by the instrument we set out in the contract.

Ways to buy

In their words

Counterparties who kept coming back.

The cargo arrived on spec, on time, and the SGS report was in our inbox before we released payment. That is all we ever wanted from a supplier.

They handled the charter, the terminal, and the customs paperwork so we could just receive the fuel. One invoice, one point of contact, no chasing.

Our AIFC contract meant our bank in London understood the terms on day one. The letter of credit went through without a single query.

Questions, answered

The things buyers ask first.

We are a private petroleum products supplier and trading house. We source fourteen core products, from EN590 diesel to LNG, sell them to buyers worldwide, and run the shipping, storage, inspection, and documentation that gets the cargo delivered.
For seaborne bulk, cargoes typically start at 30,000 MT. Smaller volumes are possible in ISO tank containers, flexitanks, drums, or totes, which suit part-cargoes and remote ports. Tell us your target and we will find the right format.
All the common ones, from EXW at the refinery through FOB, CFR, and CIF, up to DAP and DDP fully delivered and cleared. We also work on tank-transfer terms such as TTO and TTT where the trade calls for it.
Every parcel carries a certificate of analysis, and we arrange independent SGS or Intertek inspection at the load port whenever you ask. The inspection report is released before payment, so you buy the spec, not a promise.
We work with documentary letters of credit, DLC, SBLC, and bank transfer against shipping documents. The exact instrument is agreed in the sale and purchase agreement, under the common-law framework of the AIFC.
Send us an ICPO or a short enquiry with the product, monthly volume, delivery basis, and destination port. We reply to serious approaches with a workable offer within two working days.
